My son and I stopped in for lunch after his drum lessons down the block. The staff was so kind and welcoming, even brought us chips and fresh salsa while we waited for our to go order. We got birria taquitos and the queso birria tacos and both were incredible! Also tried both their Horchata and Jamaica and they are excellent. We will definitely be regulars from now on here, my son can’t stop talking about how good the birria is.

I had the most amazing ceviche plate, the combination of the incredible fresh shrimp, tender octopus, and delicate fish was perfection. Not only can you taste the authenticity but the quality as well. Came to this special little place from my roots of Hemet California called TIPSY CVICHE located in downtown historic district, plenty of parking ???? along other shops and restaurants spots to check out. I have to give them a shout out Met the hard working mother who was very friendly, inviting, and is now taking Tamales orders for Christmas I met one of the brothers who was my waiter and chef(great salsas amigo). The other brother is the executive Chef, he brought my fantastic homemade chilaquiles to me, which I would only have liked more if Cotija cheese was on them. But other than that the flavors of both green and red homemade sauce were spicy enough for the cruda were on point with some tatsy homeade beans. We started with chips and Salsa, definitely worth the wait. Chips just came off the fryer and the salsa was freshly made to my order, I mean it literally came out the blender to my table. I brought that baddy home. I tried the Baja fish taco, would say it tasty with their sauce but the fish was a tad small. I would like to see the fish stick out more. My mom was enjoying her “Tropical Ceviche (de plato).” Boyeee that is some FRESH STUFF can’t get more fresh and tasty in flavors than that. We gave that dish 5stars. I stopped by for take out and this place is GREAT! The Al Pastor tacos and Cali burritos are so delicious. The meat is tender and flavorful. You can tell they care about the quality and presentation of their food. I'll absolutely be a regular from now on and I recommend checking them out.

I routinely patronize the bakery next to this restaurant. I got to be honest, I didn’t even notice when they opened (I’m always minding my business). Today, my wife and I decided to give them a try. She ordered the green sauce chilaquiles and I had the bacon breakfast burrito. I was very skeptical due to past experiences with other restaurants. I’m the type of person that makes his own food the way I like it rather than be disappointed. The owner was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. He provides you with many options even if you already know what you’re getting. From the beginning to the end, the burrito was delicious. The tortilla looked and tasted fresh not artificial (if you’ve ever tasted hand made flour tortillas, you know what I mean). It included eggs, bacon, hash browns, and beans. Everything was very good but what stood out was the beans. The beans surprised the heck out of me. They tasted fresh not canned (not saying they are or not) but they were very good. The most important part of the experience was my stomach. Most places would leave me feeling bloated and uncomfortable like the food was difficult for me to digest. My wife was also very pleased with her chilaquiles. Overall, we were very pleased and will be back to try other dishes that caught our attention.

This place is amazing. I work and drive around the county and have found myself planning my day to be here for lunch. They have one of the best california burritos I've ever had. Their salsa is delicious too. Flavorful all around. Their choice of meat is perfect. Juicy, thick, and melts in your mouth. This is a hidden gem and almost don't want to leave a review but this place deserves recognition. More people need to know about this place. You wont regret eating here.
